What can I subscribe to?
Seven Carraro blends, all whole bean: Crema Espresso 1kg, Gran Crema 1kg, Tazza d'Oro 1kg, Dolci Arabica 1kg and Tazza d'Oro Decaffeinato 500g, Bio 100% and Bio 70/30. You can run more than one subscription at a time, and each one keeps its own schedule and its own discount progress.
How often can I get a delivery?
Choose monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months. Most households get through a 1kg bag in roughly six to seven weeks, so every 2 months suits the majority of our customers. You can change frequency at any time from your account and the change applies from your next delivery.
How does the subscriber discount work?
Every subscription starts at 10% off. Stay subscribed and it rises to 15% automatically, with no code to enter and nothing for you to do. On a monthly plan the 15% applies from your 4th delivery onwards. On every 2 months and every 3 months, it applies from your 3rd delivery onwards. The discount is applied to the product price at checkout on every recurring order.
When am I charged?
Your first payment is taken when you place the order. After that we charge your card automatically on the same date each cycle.
What does delivery cost on a subscription?
UK standard delivery is £5.99 and free on orders over £35, the same as any other order. Subscription orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being charged and typically arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip a single delivery from your account at any point before the next renewal date. Skipping does not reset your progress towards the 15% discount.
Can I change my blend, quantity or address?
Yes. Swap to any other subscription blend, add or remove bags, and update your delivery address or payment card from your account. Changes take effect from your next delivery.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account whenever you like. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for it. If you resubscribe later, the discount ladder starts again at 10%.
What if the price changes?
Your subscription is charged at the product price in force on the day of each renewal, with your subscriber discount applied on top. If a price changes we will let you know by email before it affects one of your renewals, giving you time to change or cancel.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and your card details are stored securely by Shopify. We never see or hold your full card number.
