Coffee
For maximum freshness, coffee beans and grounds should be stored in an opaque, airtight container at room temperature. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Do not store coffee in the fridge or freezer, as the changing temperatures can introduce moisture and ruin the flavor.
Decaffeinated coffee is not 100% caffeine-free. By law, decaf coffee must have at least 97% of its caffeine removed. A typical cup of decaf coffee usually contains about 2 to 5 milligrams of caffeine, compared to around 95 milligrams in a regular cup.
Green coffee beans are the raw seeds of coffee cherries before they are roasted. They are highly acidic and smell somewhat grassy. Roasting transforms the green beans chemically and physically, bringing out the rich flavors, aromas, and oils that we recognize as the coffee we drink.
Machines
Daily cleaning involves purging and wiping the steam wand after every use, running a blank shot of water through the group head to rinse out old grounds, and scrubbing the portafilter. For a deep clean, you should use an espresso machine cleaning powder to backflush the group head and soak the portafilter baskets every week or two to remove built-up coffee oils.

Shipping
Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, we regret that we are unable to accept return, exchange or refund for our coffee. However we will, at our discretion, review the situation within 7 days from goods receipt on the conditions that:
i. The product is still in its original condition and package.
ii. The original receipt is furnished.
iii. The issue is caused by a discrepancy between ordering and delivery.
