UK standard delivery is £5.99, and it's free on all orders over £35. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only. If you'd like coffee delivered elsewhere, email contact@carrarocoffee.co.uk and we'll let you know if we can arrange a custom shipment.
Once your order is dispatched you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@carrarocoffee.co.uk.
We want you to be happy with your order. For non-perishable items in their original, unused condition you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. As coffee is a perishable food product, for health and safety reasons we're unable to accept returns of opened or unopened coffee unless it's faulty. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. To start a return, email contact@carrarocoffee.co.uk.
We're sorry if something's not right. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and email us at contact@carrarocoffee.co.uk within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll put it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. It can take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Whole beans stay fresher for longer and give you the best flavour when ground just before brewing. Choose ground if you don't have a grinder. Where a grind option is available, pick the one that matches your brewing method (for example espresso, moka pot, filter or cafetière/French press). If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll recommend the right grind.
Keep coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark cupboard, away from heat, light and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer, which introduce moisture and odours. For the best cup, use whole beans within about 3 to 4 weeks of opening and ground coffee within 1 to 2 weeks.
Each bag shows a best-before date on the packaging. Coffee is at its best in the first few weeks after roasting, so we recommend enjoying it as fresh as possible. Sealed, it keeps well until the printed date; once opened, follow the storage tips above for the freshest flavour.
